Joel is creative director and co-founder of Fuse IQ (formerly Gemini Creative), a Web site and database design and development agency specializing in serving nonprofits. He is an expert in Web user interface and usability design and his goal is to use his veteran talents to give back to the community by enabling organizations to interact with their users with an intelligent and attractive Internet experience.

Joel received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1988, and is an avid photographer and climber. He was a professional furniture designer and builder for 8 years before becoming immersed in computer technologies.
