Judy has over 20 years experience in public accounting, specializing in financial management issues for not-for-profit organizations. She provides her clients with expertise in a variety of functions such as audits and financial reporting, tax return preparation, interim CFO, effective budget planning, cash flow management, internal control assessment, and business planning. Recent projects include being Interim CFO for United Way of King County and consultant to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
Judy's background includes over five years with KPMG Peat Marwick, an international accounting firm, three years with Moss Adams LLP as the director of their Not-For-Profit Services Group, nine years managing her own CPA practice, three years teaching for the University of Alaska Southeast, Alaska, teaching the Governmental and Not-For-Profit Accounting course for the University of Washington, and a variety of courses for Bellevue Community College.
